Wilton’s Music Hall is one of London's most iconic venues - it's had been quite a while since I was last there, so my excitement went extra high when it was picked! It’s not often I'm the first contacted supplier, but hey I'll take it! 🥰 :)

I contacted Dita as soon as we knew we were going to get married, as I thought I would need someone to help me out with the daunting task of planning a wedding.
We had no plans at all at this point and we really weren't sure what we wanted our wedding to be, but after time, we had found our dream venue and decided to hire Dita as our On the day Coordinator. Dita was more than just a support on the day, but throughout our planning process. She was more than happy to jump on a call whenever I wanted to air out our crazy ideas, and helped me bring those ideas to life.
We truly knew the value in Dita on the day as she helped make so many of our plans possible and run so smoothly, from having confetti at our church venue, to co-ordinating all my suppliers, working with the venue and caterer, but mostly, saving our entire day as our schedule was running very behind (due to very lengthy and unexpected speeches!) and we had a lot planned - it would have been a disaster without her!
We can honestly say our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and much to thank Dita for taking the stress away on all the logistics and possibly a hectic nightmare in the background, which we wouldn't know about!

Beautiful flowers & foliage by Larkspur & Lavender. Part of the stage set we had to hide the 2nd setup - loved that my festoons came to good use here. They were also hung around the first-floor reception area for that bit of extra atmosphere through lighting.

Roman Catholic Church of the English Martyrs Ceremony

After the beautiful ceremony, complete with Gospel Touch choir performing songs from Sister Act, it was a short walk for the guests to make their way to the ‘Secret’ reception venue.

In the stunning main hall at Wilton's guests were treated to a fab feast from Boulevard Catering. On the back wall cool graphics from the couple and the best wedding party Oscar Awards-worthy entrance to the tune of Star Wars theme song! Epic!!! 🌟

It's ALWAYS a great wedding (in my book) when a bride takes the mic! 🤩 Christina went one further and did a dress change on stage - just brilliant! 👌

BIG Party Band + Gig Finish at ICONIC East London Wedding Venue

The production of this event was something else! The tech team even said this was levels above the usual. Love it, not one for doing things by half ⚡

Besides all the graphics, music que, speeches, and announcements (we are in the theatre after all) there was the tricky task of having a large party band (The Talent) set up and sound check after the meal and straight after that switching to full-on gig mode! All my event production skills came to good use on this one! 💪

Wedding Film Philip London Wilton’s Music Hall

Met with Abi exactly a year before her and Warrens big day. They weren't planning an elaborate big fancy day, quite the opposite in fact, however, Abi & Warren are all about having a great time so they knew they wanted a personal day filled with LOTS of fun stuff and also knew someone had to manage all of this on the day. And it wasn't going to be them or family and friends. That's where I came in.

My involvement is so different from couple to couple. Most often I do partial planning and coordination. Here I organised the event team on the day to serve the food and run the bar, put the additional A/V package together, booked in their DJ's and took care of all the hire items - and added a few extras from the event kit like brown paper and plenty of church candles!

A&W's first date was at The Joint in Brixton Village so they wanted to recreate that special moment at their wedding. Everyone loved the informal setting and the tasty buns and sides.

Abi lived in New Orleans for 5 years (love that place so much!) - when booking a band, it only came naturally to pick a Brass Band - Brasstermind were brilliant and following by top East London party DJ's.

Brixton East 1871 is such an incredible venue. Unusual and packed with interesting features. We had such a fun day looking after these two lovebirds and all their guests.
